Director - Strategy and Development - United Confectioners - Moscow

Job description
Responsibilities:

Design, validate and implement the development strategy of the Company;
Manage project portfolio of the Company;
Establish projects for development of new business and markets;
Consolidate and reorganize Company's innovative product activities including the acquisition of new production lines;

Form and organize the export products line;
Organize European system of sales;
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:

University degree (economics, marketing);
Russian language – native, English language - fluent;
Professional experience as Director of Strategy and Development, Director of Export Sales, Project Management Director in large manufacturing FMCG-companies (food production industry is a plus), 3 years minimum;
Proven experience in Strategy and Development programs implementation in the European Union/ USA markets will be a plus;
Confirmed experience in development of management systems and organization of control systems for the Company with extensive regional structure;
